Petros Outreach Ministry

We believe in doing the things that Jesus asked of us, which are to care for the poor, the sick, the broken, and the imprisoned. In addition to our homeless and nursing home ministries, we also visit shut-ins and those in the hospital. We try to help provide food and clothes to those in need. Every church needs to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and this ministry provides an opportunity for us to reach our community.

Walk By Faith Homeless Ministry

Located in downtown Minneapolis we go to the street across from Harbor Lights shelter. It is a Salvation Army facility. We set up on the sidewalk across the street. We distribute items and are a listening ear for the people we meet. We take the approach of “meeting people where they’re at”. Much prayer is at the heart of the ministry.

We provide hot food, water, clothing and hygiene supplies to homeless people. We minister the love of Jesus. We help people to experience His presence. His anointing is present when we pray for healing. Miracles happen. Every first and third Sunday after church service we assemble and go out.
