Worship Arts

Worship Arts

Worship Arts is a diverse group of ministries that covers music, sound, media, design, and technologies, but ultimately, worship is more than the music we sing. It’s a lifestyle of obedience to God. He has given each of us specific gifts and talents that He intends for us to use both in service to the body, and in service to the community. What can you expect at Park? We have a longer music set than you might find at many places. We believe that with more time set aside to seek God in praise and worship, that we can have a deep, intimate, experience with the God of the universe. Anytime that happens, we can’t help but be changed by it. It is that intimacy, if sought out every day, that builds our faith and love. The work of God in our lives is an outflow of that faith, love, and compassion. We also believe that worship and prayer are linked together. In Revelation 5:8, John paints a picture of the elders singing while offering up the prayers of the saints. Other passages in scripture talk about the armies of Israel worshiping and praying before heading into battle. That is why building a lifestyle of worship and prayer is an important part of living a life connected to Holy Spirit and in defining our place in the body; to do the works God has prepared for us. I invite you to come and join with us in worship. Lend your voice to ours, and help us impact the Twin Cities! We lead worship on Sunday mornings, Sunday afternoon French services, Sunday night prayer, and other special events throughout the year. We are also involved in the planning and execution of the annual Fire on the Altar prayer and fasting retreat each January.
